Dosing and dose of Fosamax:
Treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and men: The recommended dosage is 70 mg once a week or 10 mg once a day. When Paget's disease - 40 mg / day for 6 months. Fosamax should be taken at least half an hour before the first meal, drink or drugs washed down with only a full glass of plain water, as other beverages (including mineral water), food and some medications may decrease the absorption of Fosamaxa.
